ME AND MY STORY
My health journey began as a nurse working in OB-GYN and Peds. I slowly transitioned into more of a holistic approach to life. This lead me to Yoga, Personal Training and Keto Nutrition. I have since been working as a Personal Trainer along with group fitness (HIIT, SPIN, BARRE, YOGA.

My own personal struggles with binge eating, bulimia, anxiety and depression lead me to researching the physical science behind food addiction and weight lose and now I am helping other find the same results. I found that through a step by step physical approach, and a mindful approach to eating "Ketones, low carbs and high fat"... and no more restricting calories.

My goal is to help you crush yours! whether that is to loose weight, learn the right foods to eat, reduce cravings, gaining muscle, learning how to workout in a gym or simply wanting to workout for the fun of it! I truly love this industry and I enjoy helping others achieve their dreams.
