PERSONAL TRAINING - KETO COACHING

Fitness and Nutrition

1. Nutrition: You will receive a detailed meal plan and macronutrient ratio best suited to your needs. This can be keto or another nutritional approach. We will adjust your macros as necessary based off progress and how you are feeling.

2. Training: I will design a custom training plan for you bast on your needs and goals. We can meet 1-4 times a week and I will give you a program on your off days.

4. Supplements: I will recommend supplements that I ask all of my clients to take. These are the best nutritional bang for your buck such as a multi-vitamin, fish oil, magnesium, zinc, etc. that have profound impact on overall health. These are high quality supplements only

accessible through a healthcare practitioner. Brands I sand by are Pruvit ketones to take your health to the next level, Bucked Up for proteins, and bulletproof and supplements.

Prices:

1hr- $75 to come to you or $60 if you come to me.

GROUP CLASSES

Fun and Results

Group training is another fun and efficient way to find results for your overall health and body. Training with a group of like-minded people is an incredibly motivating atmosphere that delivers results. Group training is still personalized and will focus on each individual within the group to achieve their fitness and health goals in an economical manner.

I am certified in TRX, HIIT, YOGA, Barre (Pure Barre) and Spin.

For the most fun I like to combine them all !!

Prices: $60 for private group plus $20 per person after 2 persons.

Lets Flow

You decide your favorite type of yoga and I will provide either a upbeat music filled class or slow soulful flow.

I am certified with a 500 hr yoga and have been teaching for 9 years. I don't say this to brag but when it comes to yoga, form is important for safety and results. 

ONLINE COACHING

Fitness and Ketones

1. Nutrition: You will receive a detailed meal plan and macronutrient ratio best suited to your needs. This can be keto or another nutritional approach. We will adjust your macros as necessary based off progress and how you are feeling.

2. Training: I will design a custom training plan for you which will be delivered through emails. This allows you to see your workout on your phone at the gym for convenience.

3. Check Ins: After you return your Comprehensive Client Intake Form, you will set up an initial FaceTime or Skype call with me. After that, we will have FaceTime or Skype calls every week to track and discuss your progress.

4. Supplements: I will recommend supplements that I ask all of my clients to take. These are the best nutritional bang for your buck such as a multi-vitamin, fish oil, magnesium, zinc, etc. that have profound impact on overall health. I recommend Purvit Ketones to really take your results to the next level.
